Wellbeing drives, promotes and accelerates success and this is why it is regarded as the most valuable asset we can have. It is claimed that income seldom exceeds wellbeing and therefore prioritising wellbeing increases our income potential.

When we take a really good care of our wellbeing we end up feeling more empowered and more inspired which gives us a sense of having an advantage. We feel happier, more confident and consistent, we are able to regulate or emotions better and this leads us to success.

Our optimum wellbeing also allows us to hear the voice of our intuition better, Steve Jobs spoke of intuition as the best guide we have towards achieving our goals.

HEALTH & WELLNESS for individual clients

My approach is very holistically focused as well as highly personalised for each individual client. Following a thorough assessment of current state of wellbeing a client can choose between 2 different offers:

  1. Bite-sized wellbeing transformation session - this is best suited for those who are looking for an expert help in determining which components of their lifestyle need to be addressed, in order to improve or maintain the quality of their health and wellbeing, but at the same time are happy to work on their own once they have the relevant knowledge and tools. It is also recommended for those that although are determined to ensure optimum health & wellbeing are not currently in a position to make a more substantial investment.

  2. Comprehensive and highly personalised coaching program - I developed this program consisting of series of 1:1 sessions to ensure the client receives best in class personalised advice and tools as well as ongoing motivation and support. This is to ensure the client feels empowered to effectively achieve health and wellbeing goals defined at the beginning of the program. The 4 weeks duration of this program not only ensures tangible results but also enables the client to develop lasting new habits.

The foundation of my work are the elements that I define as the key health and wellbeing pillars:

  • Diet that is right and healthy so it can truly strengthen the body and its immune system.

  • Physical movement and the right kind of exercise.

  • Circadian rytm: good quality sleep, exposure to daylight, timing of meals, rest and relaxation.

  • Healthy food shopping and healthy personalised recipes.

  • Effective stress management techniques.

  • Reduction of toxic exposure ie. toxins in: drinking water, food, cosmetics, household cleaning products as well as limiting the damage coming from the blue light.

  • Good quality relationships .

  • Correct breathing technique.

  • Adequate hydration.

  • Personalised supplementation.

To ensure maximum comfort for the client individual sessions are mostly conducted via Skype / Zoom.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

I offer comprehensive workshops carefully crafted to meet the needs of the specific company and its employees. In these workshops I share practical knowledge, inspiration as well as tools that empower employees to effectively manage and improve their wellbeing and health.

Due to my extensive experience, of working in a corporate environment, I have thorough understanding of opportunities as well as barriers that exist for employees to do with taking care of wellbeing and health. I ensure that my workshops have a holistic approach so the participants are enabled to start taking a true ownership of their health and wellbeing.

Some of the key benefits that a company commissioning the workshop may expect include:

Although I am happy to travel anywhere within Europe to deliver my workshops, currently due to social distancing rules, they are delivered as online webinars on the Zoom platform.
